A potent brew of coffee sweet & piping hot in the morning. As you'll see in the next few photos lots of work goes into the coffee....
A small bag of coffee beans is purchased at the market.
Placed in a pan over hot coals.
Add sugar and ginger and stir over hot fire until dark and perfect!
"Grind" using a heavy iron mallet. The rhythm they produce while crushing the beans is unique and seems to be part of the art!
