
I think I mentioned "fool" in a post from my Tulus field trip. It's a breakfast dish here in Sudan. This was a version one of our employees served up one day at the office here in Khartoum. This one used lots of fresh tomatoes, cukes and onions along with the beans. This one also used peanut oil which was very good.

There are a few stray dogs that hang around the compound in Darfur. This guy followed me right into my room and kept watch at the door for some reason. Guess he just wanted the company!

Would turning on this light switch make anyone else nervous?
